We're looking for an **Accounting Manager** who's ready to step out of the spreadsheet and into the driver's seat. This isn't a keep the lights on accounting role — you'll own the month-end close, lead a team of two Staff Accountants, and be the trusted right hand to our Assistant Controller in shaping how this company manages its money. If you love turning complex processes into clean, reliable systems — and you get a genuine kick out of a balance sheet that ties out perfectly — this is your seat.
**What You'll Own**
+ **Drive the close.** Lead the monthly close process, keeping the general ledger accurate and reviewing financial statements for precision and compliance — inventory, cash, accruals, prepaids, AR -- all of it.
+ **Lead people, not just entries.** Directly manage two Staff Accountants, coaching them and building a strong, high-performing team.
+ **Be the reconciliation quarterback.** Own the balance sheet reconciliation proces...
