Role Overview
Gregory & Co, a Medellín-based BPO serving U.S. clients, seeks a bilingual Chief Financial Officer who can lead cross-border financial operations, build sophisticated financial models, oversee accounting teams, manage compliance in Colombia, and provide executive-level financial strategy. 1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
Lead financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and operational scalability.
Advise the CEO on pricing, contracts, staffing, resource allocation, and structural reorganization.
Build a 3–5-year financial roadmap.
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
