BVSA Konsult (Pty) Ltd. is a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices across the Western Cape. We are looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Recording clients’ financial transactions using cloud accounting software
• Assisting with monthly processing and accounting records
• Preparing working papers and supporting documentation
• Assisting with SARS submissions where required
• Performing basic accounting procedures in terms of BVSA practices
• Assisting team members with administrative accounting tasks

Qualifications and experience

• Accounting as a school subject is essential
• Mathematics and Accounting average of at least 60–70%
• Studying towards, or intending to study towards, an accounting qualification will be advantageous
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
