Job Description

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing support to the accounting and operations team by performing clerical, administrative, and system-based tasks. The role ensures accurate processing, monitoring, and documentation of Delivery Receipts (DR), Purchase Order Transfer Forms (POTF), transmittals, and other accounting-related records. The position also requires proficiency in using the ERP system for data entry, monitoring, and verification activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Document Management

  • Printing of Delivery Receipts (DR) for daily operations.
  • Monitoring and tracking all issued Delivery Receipts to ensure proper acknowledgment and return.
  • Printing of Purchase Order Transfer Forms (POTF) as requested by operations or procurement.
  • Monitoring and updating the status of POTF for accuracy and completeness.
