Summary:
This is professional and responsible work assisting in various areas of plant accounting/finance, including but not limited to general ledger accounting, operations reporting and forecasting, fixed asset accounting, internal controls, and month-end financial closing and reporting.
Accounting Analyst Job Responsibilities:
Accounting Analyst will assist the Controller with plant financial activities including GL accounting and reconciliations. Support the month-end closing process including preparation of manual Journal Entries and ensuring appropriate cost allocations. Monitor receivables and payables activity and address issues as necessary. Maintain fixed asset folders to track capital projects from CAR to CIP to Assets Register.
