Job Description

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile customer and supplier accounts
• Monitor debtor balances and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare month-end balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end reporting and provide variance commentary
• Process and reconcile credit card transactions and ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records, including fixed asset register
• Assist with finance leases, insurance, and PPSR registrations
