Asset Records Project: Real vs Personal Property
Review real and personal property accounts to determine how assets can be properly reclassified according to their classification, if needed.
Split the Asset History / Asset Ledger between real vs. personal property.
Apply all the above reviews and updates to the Asset Tax Ledger.
Work on documenting finance department procedures.
