JOB SUMMARY:
The accountant will manage the day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, and administrative accounting for the company. This role bridges transactional bookkeeping (such as daily receipting, expense posting, and bank reconciliations) with critical financial controls, including managing payroll, tracking debtors, managing supplier payments, and ensuring strict compliance with all KRA and statutory obligations (PAYE, NSSF, SHA, Housing Levy, VAT, and WHT).
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertaking customer receipting in the CRM system.
Allocation of projects to client's payments.
Preparation of the daily sales report.
The daily population of the Bank Statement
Updating the payment status in the CRM
Flag bad debtors while receipting- Generate from system
Posting of daily expenses and payments to vendors/reconciliation
Initiating bills and payment...
