Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Manage the full accounting and finance function.
- Process daily financial transactions accurately and timeously.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns where applicable.
Creditors
- Capture supplier invoices onto the accounting system.
- Ensure all purchases are properly authorised before processing.
- Maintain supplier accounts and resolve account queries.
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.
- Process supplier payments accurately and on time.
- Generate payment reports and supporting documentation.
- Create purchase orders when required.
