Job Description

• Maintain accurate accounting records, including daily/monthly bank reconciliations, journals, prepayments and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with branch teams to monitor costs, review financial results and ensure accurate accruals and spend control.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, IFRS/US GAAP standards and quarterly expense‑claim checks.
• Prepare BAS, fuel tax credits and assist with corporate income tax returns in coordination with external advisors.
• Contribute to month‑end/year‑end close processes and drive process improvements, automation and system enhancements across finance.
