Job Description
We are looking for an independent Accounts Executive to manage our full spectrum of accounting functions. You must be proficient in AutoCount and capable of handling end-to-end financial and basic HR tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Accounting: Manage full set accounts including AP, AR, and bank reconciliation.
- AP & Import: Process daily accounts payable and handle associated import documentation.
- Tax & Compliance: Prepare and submit GST returns and year-end closing.
- Payroll & HR: Process company payroll, prepare IR8A forms, and renew work permits.
Job Requirements
- System Knowledge: Must possess hands-on experience with the AutoCount system.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts completely independently.
