Account Technology Strategist (ATS)

The ATS is at the forefront of our AI transformation efforts for customers, focusing on dissecting industry landscapes, mapping trends to technical foundations, and orchestrating resources to achieve customer vision. The role reports to the Sales Manager and owns the CIO/CTO relationship, contributing to the CEO/CFO relationship alongside the Account Executive.

Responsibilities

• Synthesizes and combines various business and industry insights from the team, best practices, and proof points to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for account management and subsidiary planning. Ensures that all levels of the organization challenge customers to consider alternatives, adapt strategies, and adjust business models to insights while orchestrating cross‑regional teams to gather information and identify potential risks.
