Account Specialist

Description: The Account Specialist in Global Account Management will provide first level support to the Global Account Management Team and CME Group's customers. In this role the Specialist works regularly with internal cross-functional teams and clients to deliver on business, technology and operations-related market data objectives. Principal Accountabilities: Provide 1st level support for all market data inquiries. Support the Global Account Mgmt team in processing any market data requests, licensing agreements and reporting. Identify enhancement requests and assist with troubleshooting, testing and training for CME Group's market data reporting and administrative tool. Liaise with finance and accounting to help solve any customer invoice disputes related to market data reporting.
