Key Responsibilities
- Interviewing and preparing Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) report based on submitted documents of the borrower.
- Conduct neighbourhood checking of residence and business area.
- Perform Third‑Party Verification such as bank checking, trade dealings for suppliers and clients, and employment verification.
- Verify DTI, SEC, PRC, character references, dealer price agreements, Kaiser Verification (64Ai), name screening via Facebook and Google, and obtain a screenshot of the collateral valuation.
- Prepare balance sheet and income statement, and complete the Client Risk Assessment Form.
- Monitor accounts on the area Ops Tracker based on area assignment.
Key Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or relevant business‑related courses.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience as an Account Officer specializing in handling people.
