Overview
The role of the Account Manager is to provide partnership to the Sales Leader in the servicing, retention and growth of a group of clients. Position also liaises with insurance companies resulting in maintaining and exceeding the service standards of Arthur J. Gallagher. In addition, an Account Manager will participate in client-facing meetings, insurer negotiations and promotion of existing and additional products and services. Business analysis and reporting in addition to assuming various projects to support the achievement of the departmental goals and objectives is also a function of this role How you'll make an impact Markets all New business and renewals (that require re-marketing) Binds accounts/coverages with insurer Negotiate terms/conditions with company, prepares binders and sends to client and insurer to request issuance of policy Meet with or discuss with client any additional underwriting information necessary for placement of new business a...
