SUMMARY: As an Account Manager or Sr. Account Manager, you will support the Sr Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Sr Account Manager in account development. You will also take ownership of the customer revenue pipeline with a deep understanding of customer business. In addition, you will coordinate technical support to develop specific account strategies with direct factory interface.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Account Manager will follow up on day-to-day issues closely with factories and customers on RFQ, PO, WIP, and NPI status, supporting forecast data key-in and analysis, tracking work order releases vs forecast and annual plan, monitoring cycle times, collecting basic product information, and supporting new project development.
