Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong, trusted relationships with assigned existing and prospective clients
  • Actively manage contract renewals, anticipating client needs to ensure continuity and sustainable growth
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to clients to better understand their needs, strengthen relationships and propose tailored solutions
  • Design and present customized commercial proposals, negotiate change requests and close upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Accounting) to ensure effective follow-up on purchase orders and contractual matters
  • Lead strategic discussions to recommend the tools and services best suited to maximize customer value
