Account Manager (Mall Venue)

Job Purpose

Responsible in maintaining and increasing the utilization of assigned venue and to ensure that the venue will continue to generate the expected revenue and achieve set targets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess market and trends
• Recommend key initiatives and strategies to increase sales and occupancy
• Manage existing accounts and acquire new accounts
• Determine the sales targets
• Ensure timely collections of payments
• Consistently monitor and follow-up documentation from different departments
• Prepare business plans and sales reports
• Monitor creation and updates of accounts and billings
• Update the master list of accounts consistently

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or any relevant course
• At least 4-5 yeas of managerial experience in sales and marketing
