Position Purpose: 

Manages a territory of existing base and target accounts by developing sales strategies to meet retention and growth goals.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manages a portfolio of base and target accounts within an assigned territory to meet retention and growth goals. Develops an understanding of a client's business to present a range of services.
  • Creates presentations and quotations for existing and prospective customers; requires support for complex opportunities.
  • Develops account plans and participates in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top tier clients.
  • Manages low complexity client projects and requests; requires significant support and direction for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
