Account & HR Executive

Premier Fresh Mart Pte Ltd is a fast-growing fruit distributor established in 2021. We're passionate about bringing fresh, quality fruits to our customers and we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to support both finance and human resource functions. Working Hours:

• Mon-Fri: 10am - 7pm

• Sat: 10am - 2pm (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts (AR & AP)

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations

• Monitor incoming payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances

• Issue Statements of Accounts (SOA) when credit terms are due

• Perform reconciliation upon receipt of payments
