Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships.

• Negotiate with shippers and carriers.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and carriers.
• Perform minor accounting functions and data entry.
• Conduct on-site visits to core customers.
• Secure opportunities with decision‑makers.
• Establish relationships with account C‑suite.
• Act as a consultative resource for customers on service offerings and market trends.
• Maintain operational efficiencies for the assigned book of business.
