Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing retail and wholesale jewelry accounts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Ensure timely communication regarding orders, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.

  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.

 
Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within jewelry retailers, department stores, and e-commerce partners.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Present new collections and product launches to clients.

  • Develop strategic sales plans to grow revenue within assigned territories.
