Account Executive – U.S. Market
Verdant by Copeland is hiring a high‑energy Account Executive to build and close new business across the U.S. market. This is a true hunter role – you will create your own pipeline, book your own demos, and drive deals from first contact to close.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Build and manage your own pipeline (not lead‑fed)
- Prospect daily via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and database canvassing
- Book and conduct multiple qualified demos per week
- Maintain active pipeline
- Close opportunities within 2–12 month sales cycles depending on segment
- Manage all activity and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
- Re‑engage dormant accounts to create new opportunities
- Present compelling ROI‑driven proposals to U.S.‑based decision‑makers
- Leverage rebate programs and “low‑hanging fruit” opportunities strategically
- Participate in trade shows (2–4 annually)
