Overview

Cape Town based | Scale-Up | Full-time Role. Jem is hiring an Account Executive to drive new revenue by sourcing, closing, and growing employer customers. Jem is a fast-growing HR tech scale-up building payroll, HR, and benefits tools for frontline teams. We currently support just under 200,000 frontline employees across South Africa.

This is a core revenue role at Jem. We are looking for a strong closer who can own the full sales cycle end to end, from first contact to signed customer, while building long-term commercial relationships in the market. This role is suited to someone who is commercially sharp, highly self-directed, and motivated by winning deals, growing accounts, and building a category-defining company.
