Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in staffing / contract labor industry or B2B sales experience
- Ability to generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed revenue targets
- Conduct formal sales presentations and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Use a consultative sales approach to overcome objections and close deals
- Collaborate with operations to develop pricing, quotes, and bids
- Track all sales activity in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and pricing
- Travel locally and work both in the field and in-office
