As an Account Director supporting Simon Fraser University, you will lead a dedicated facilities management team and oversee the delivery of high-quality custodial services across a dynamic post-secondary campus environment. Serving as the primary point of contact for the client, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing budgets, maintaining health and safety compliance, and driving operational excellence.
