What will you do?
Manage and nurture key customer relationships
Act as the main point of contact for strategic discussions and escalations
Drive customer engagement and retention initiatives
Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify improvements
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Track billing processes and invoice deadlines
Support account management operations and reporting
