Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Active, engaged, forward thinking.

  • Ensure customer expectations are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Take care of and anticipate your assigned accounts needs.

  • Provide direct customer support for specified key accounts.

  • Obtain sales forecasts and facilitate supply agreements/annual P.O.'s for specified key accounts.

  • Assist Business Development with specified Sales activities.

  • Participate in Customer Meetings and Audits as required.

  • Participate in Trade Shows and Customer Visits as required.

  • Be well versed in the ordering patterns of your assigned accounts including:

    • Part Numbers

    • Volumes

    • Unit Prices

    • List Prices

    • Gross Profit Margins

    • Annual Revenue

    • General Revenue for corporate accounts

    • Contract Terms
