Job Description
Responsibilities
- Active, engaged, forward thinking.
- Ensure customer expectations are addressed in a timely manner.
- Take care of and anticipate your assigned accounts needs.
- Provide direct customer support for specified key accounts.
- Obtain sales forecasts and facilitate supply agreements/annual P.O.'s for specified key accounts.
- Assist Business Development with specified Sales activities.
- Participate in Customer Meetings and Audits as required.
- Participate in Trade Shows and Customer Visits as required.
- Be well versed in the ordering patterns of your assigned accounts including:
- Part Numbers
- Volumes
- Unit Prices
- List Prices
- Gross Profit Margins
- Annual Revenue
- General Revenue for corporate accounts
- Contract Terms
