Job Title: Accounts & Back Office Executive Location: Ulhasnagar Industry: Automobile Dealership Department: Accounts & Administration Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Back Office Executive to manage daily accounting operations, documentation, invoicing, and administrative activities at our automobile dealership. The candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and smooth coordination with the sales, service, and management teams. Key Responsibilities: Prepare customer invoices, receipts, and payment entries. Record daily cash, bank, and cheque transactions. Maintain sales and purchase registers. Process vendor payments and maintain payable records. Prepare quotations, delivery documents, and vehicle documentation. Coordinate with the RTO for registration-related documentation. Maintain customer files and dealership records.
