Accommodation Manager
We are looking for an Accommodation Manager to join our group. This position is full‑time and permanent, located at St, Rycroft, AB T0H 3A0. The wage is $39.00 per hour for 30–40 hours per week, with overtime at 1.5× after 44 hours per week or 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the INN.
- Monitor and manage revenues and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Create and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices for materials and supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for the use of the INN’s facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions, and other events.
