Responsible for fulfilling the principles and requirements of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FIPPA”), which includes processing and analysing access requests, mediating requests for reviews with the Information and Privacy Commissioner, and addressing related issues of FIPPA compliance.
