Job Responsibility A reliable tele-collector to represent Courts Malaysia Sdn. Bhd to contact and claim outstanding debts from Courtsâ customers. A tele-collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards customers while also remaining committed to their purpose. Perform outgoing calls to credit customers and collect outstanding payments according to SOP and regulation Take responsibility for resolving disputes while ensure customer concerns are addressed properly and all parties related are duly notified Update account status and database regularly To ensure daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met. To support and assist in effective implementation of collection strategies.
