Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch. It focuses on external local talent (Mexican professionals) and promotes professional development with exposure to Bosch products, processes, and technologies. The program lasts 18 to 24 months, includes structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles.
