Academic Senior Project Specialist

Position Summary

: The role will assist Traylor Bros. Inc’s operating divisions in various strategic and operational initiatives as determined by the needs of the company and the interests of the candidate. The intent of this internship is to expose the intern to real-time industry processes or business functions, and expose Traylor Bros. staff to current academic thinking to better align future college graduates with the needs of the heavy construction industry. Assignment compensation, location, duration, and specific role will depend upon the candidate’s specific area of expertise and the candidate’s geographical preference. Assignment location may take place at one of Traylor’s many construction sites, one of our permanent office locations, or may involve a remote role, all subject to negotiation at the time of hire.
