Position: Academic Lead – ACCA

We are seeking an experienced and academically driven professional to lead and manage the academic operations of ACCA classes. The Academic Lead will be responsible for ensuring high teaching standards, structured academic planning, faculty coordination, and effective student progression.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage batch schedules, academic calendars, and course timelines
Create, schedule, and manage live classes in coordination with faculty
Ensure adherence to timetables and timely completion of syllabus
Supervise daily academic operations and maintain classroom standards
Coordinate faculty allocation, workload distribution, and performance reviews
Conduct regular faculty meetings and provide academic mentoring where required
Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and progressionOversee execution of mock exams, assessments, and result analysis
