**About this Opportunity**
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Academic Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the cyclical activities of Human Resources academic personnel, including appointments, annual performance reviews, and separations.
The Academic Human Resources Manager is a member of the SODHR team, which helps define internal policies and procedures and serves as the liaison with other School of Dentistry departments and University offices. The Academic Human Resources Manager must be able to communicate with diverse groups (faculty and staff) and collaborate with professionals from different disciplines and perspectives.
