The counsellor will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students, PhD scholars, and professionals regarding research services (thesis support, publication assistance, data analysis, editing, etc.)
- Understand the client's academic requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries.
