The Secondary School Coordinator is responsible for overseeing academic delivery, discipline, and teacher coordination for the secondary section, ensuring high educational standards, smooth daily operations, and effective communication between management, teachers, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Management

• Ensure effective implementation of the approved curriculum (Matric / O Level / Cambridge).
• Monitor lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments.
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus as per academic calendar.

• Analyze academic results and recommend improvement strategies.
