Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Coordinator – Middle School (6-8) to lead academic planning and ensure strong Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) alignment for Grades 6–8. The ideal candidate will be an instructional leader who fosters innovation, supports teachers, and promotes a holistic learning environment focused on academic excellence and character development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning and curriculum implementation for Grades 6–8
• Ensure strong alignment of teaching practices with Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)
• Mentor and support Home Facilitators and Subject Teachers
• Drive Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Thematic Learning approaches
