Job Description

Role Overview - The Student Admissions & Lifecycle Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end student journey, from initial enquiry and acquisition through to onboarding, training coordination, and final placement support. The role requires a strong combination of sales capability, relationship management, and operational coordination, with clear ownership of student outcomes and experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Acquisition & Enquiry Management

Handle all incoming enquiries across channels including calls, emails, digital campaigns, and social media platforms Manage and engage with walk-in enquiries, providing accurate programme information and counselling Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups on all leads until closure Convert qualified enquiries into enrolled students, achieving defined conversion targets Maintain complete and accurate data capture of all enquiries within the CRM/system Visit schools, colleges, and relevant institutio...
