Job Description

• Drive Institutional Growth: Actively support university expansion strategies, including the establishment of new study programs and institutional/program accreditation processes.
• Empower Lecturer Research: Partner closely with LPPM (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat) to monitor, evaluate, and maintain comprehensive records of our lecturers' research and community service achievements.
• Master Academic Licensing: Oversee and smooth out the administrative registration for faculty members, including NIDN (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional), NIDK (Nomor Induk Dosen Khusus), Change of Registration Numbers, and Homebase Transfers to ensure 100% compliance.
• Coach Career Progression: Act as a personal guide and consultant for lecturers, assisting them in preparing data and completing requirements to accelerate their academic rank promotions.
