Overview

Athabasca University's Human Resources team is recruiting for the position of Abilities Management Specialist.

The Abilities Management Specialist reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) or designate and is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of the Abilities Management (AM) Program at Athabasca University (AU). The role provides AM expertise and supports clients and stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy workplace while meeting legislative requirements. It also fosters a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace by ensuring compliance with human rights, employment, and occupational health and safety legislation.
