OPERATONS MANAGER with ABATTOIR, MEAT PROCESSING or FOOD PRODUCTION Industry experience - ESSENTIAL * Strong knowledge of Meat Processing, Carcass Utilization & Yield Management * Stock Control Systems & Production Software * Sound knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety Standard Duties: * Manage Day to Day Operations * Supervise & Train Staff * Ensure Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations * Optimize Production Processes & efficiency * Maintain Quality Control Standards * Implement & oversee Maintenance Schedules
