AA Compliance Lead - MEA

Job Overview

As part of the AbbVie and Leadership team of AA MEA develops and/or implements the compliance and governance program across the region. Works to adapt/implement corporate policies and procedures, develop Affiliate SOPs wherever required for the implementation of the compliance program, develop and provide relevant training for employees and third parties on compliance-related topics. Provides compliance guidance, advice and support to Affiliate and Regional Leadership Teams and General Manager. Monitors compliance due diligence reviews of third parties and compliance vetting of specific transactions. Engages in risk assessment exercises and business projects to ensure compliance requirements are met. Helps identify monitoring needs and performs monitoring activities to minimize compliance risks. Conducts reviews and investigations on specific compliance issues.
