A350 WLC Quality Line Conformance Manager

Job Description: An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo).

The selected candidate will join the A350 Wing Lower Cover Production Team .

As the primary guardian of product integrity and manufacturing excellence, the jobholder will spearhead quality standards and manage critical customer interfaces. The team is multidisciplinary and operates in a high-energy environment, balancing urgent floor-level interventions with long-term strategic quality planning and digitalization initiatives to drive the plant toward Gold Standard excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
