An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo). The selected candidate will join the A350 Wing Lower Cover Production Team .

As the primary guardian of product integrity and manufacturing excellence, the role will spearhead quality standards and manage critical customer interfaces. The team is multidisciplinary and operates in a high‑energy environment, balancing urgent floor‑level interventions with long‑term strategic quality planning and digitalization initiatives to drive the plant toward “Gold Standard” excellence.

Responsibilities

• Resolve urgent quality incidents on the production line and lead cross‑functional teams in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) for complex technical issues.
