A320 Cadet First Officer - Structured Training Path

Pilot Assessments is seeking a Cadet First Officer to join our A320 flight deck under a permanent contract with structured training. This role offers real responsibility and a clear path to a fully qualified First Officer position.

Requirements include CPL with IR and ME, DGAC licensing acceptance (Chile or Peru), Class 1 medical, ICAO ELP Level 4, and professional English and Spanish. Training provided; visa sponsorship not included.
