6723 - Safety Officer (Semiconductor)

Location: Islandwide with travelling to different sites. Schedule: 5 days, 9am-6pm. Salary: $3200-$3800.

• Drive, co-ordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.
• Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audits and incident investigations.
• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements.
• Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health meetings and conduct safety briefings at sites, toolbox talks, and training.
• Conduct regular inspections of worksites and recommend reasonably practical control measures at sites.
• Provide briefs to new hires about workplace safety.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
