• Order and Delivery Coordination: Arrange local deliveries for retail, online and commercial orders. Liaise with transport companies on collection and delivery schedules. Prepare delivery documents, shipping labels and supporting paperwork. Monitor delivery progress and follow up on delayed or unsuccessful shipments. Update order, shipment and delivery information in the relevant systems. Coordinate delivery matters with warehouse staff and internal departments.
• Warehouse and Inventory Support: Check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents. Record stock receipts, transfers and outgoing items in the inventory system.
