Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for sales and production teams.
- Lead new product development and improvement, including feasibility studies and project management.
- Supervise R&D lab activities and manage team performance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, health, and safety standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Source, test, and qualify materials to ensure product quality.
- Monitor and drive progress in product development and quality enhancement.
- Completed training in FMEA and key industry standards.
